I had a fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand, especially in the Main Tower, where the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The location is superb, with easy access to transport and nearby amenities. However, I did notice that the soundproofing could be improved for light sleepers. Overall, it was a nice experience with excellent service and dining options.

5.0/10

My stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand was largely satisfying, though I did encounter a few hiccups. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, and the Premier Grand Rooms are impressively spacious. However, I did experience some long waits during peak breakfast hours. Overall, it’s a great hotel for convenience and comfort in Tokyo.

Rooms
9.0
The Premier Grand Rooms are among the largest I found in Tokyo, with separate areas for the toilet, wash basins, and bathroom. The high-tech features, including a Bluetooth sound system and a portable WiFi device, added to the comfort. However, the beds could be a tad uncomfortable for some.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, making communication smooth. They were attentive and promptly addressed issues, although I did have to follow up on some requests. Overall, the service level was quite good, despite a few minor bumps.
Location
10.0
Located just ten minutes from Shinjuku Station, the hotel is perfectly situated in the vibrant Shinjuku area, which made exploring Tokyo incredibly convenient. Its proximity to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory was a definite advantage for great views.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of dishes including excellent omelets and eggs Benedict. I appreciated the separate breakfast area for Premier Grand guests, which helped avoid the crowds. Dining options within the hotel were also diverse and well presented.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers a great array of facilities, including a coin-op laundry and various dining options. The concierge services were decent but did have limitations when it came to exclusive reservations. Overall, the hotel is well equipped to meet guests' needs.

I had an overall great experience at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand. The location was super convenient right by Shinjuku station, making it easy to get around the city. My only gripes were the slightly slow check-in process and the breakfast wait times. Still, the spacious room and excellent amenities made my stay enjoyable, especially for my family. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo!

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering stunning views of Tokyo. However, I felt the service could have been better, especially regarding check-in policies and the high charges for additional guests. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I think I could find better options in terms of value elsewhere.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are truly spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities. I loved the views of Tokyo, but some aspects of the bathrooms felt outdated.

Dining
7.0
Dining options offered a variety of food, and breakfast was satisfying, although it was a bit repetitive throughout my stay.

The facilities were decent, but I found the gym to be too small for a hotel of this size. Laundry facilities were also limited.
